Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground from our facility in California. We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $250: $25.00 flat rate shipping (UPS Ground)
  • Orders $250 and over: FREE shipping

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed and an update when it ships.

Estimated Delivery

UPS Ground delivery times vary by location. Typical transit times from California are:

  • West Coast: 1–3 business days
  • Midwest: 3–5 business days
  • East Coast: 4–6 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to maintain compound integrity during transit. Vials are secured to prevent breakage and shipped in discreet packaging with no product descriptions visible on the outside of the box.

Payment

Payment is accepted via Zelle. Payment instructions are included in your order confirmation email. Orders are not shipped until payment has been confirmed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the UPS website at ups.com/track.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at orders@revivewellnessproducts.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of order. Revive Wellness Products is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address corrections after shipment may incur additional fees.
